If you selected "authorised to leave" in the shopping cart, your parcel will be left for you, if not and you are not home to accept the delivery, the courier will leave you a "Sorry I missed you" card. You then have a few options depending on the courier you have chosen.
1. Re-delivery - With Fastway, you get another re-delivery for free. You just need to follow this link to arrange it.
2. Depot Collect - You can collect from one of the Fastway depots. You can call Fastway on 0754769899
3. Re-direction - For $5.50 Fastway will allow you to re-direct your parcel. You just need to follow this link to arrange it.
Hunter Express options:
1. Re-delivery - With Hunter Express you will need to pay $27.00 to have your items re-delivered. You will need to organise this through us directly.
2. Depot Collect - You can collect from one of Hunter Express's depots. You can call Hunter Express on 13 22 52
3. Re-direction - You cannot re-direct with this carrier.
